What kind of warranty is offered?

Houston Mosquito Control Systems offers a lifetime warranty for all parts & labor. No service contract required. No questions asked, no hassle. Our well trained technicians will give you detailed instruction that will help you to extend the life of your entire system, including nozzles, tubing and pump. If you are not fully satisfied with the system within 90 days from the start of installation, we will remove the system and give you a complete refund (Jobsites further than 100 miles not included). We are confident in our product and the results we offer.

Will the insecticide harm my pets?

The insecticide that comes with your system has been used safely and effectively for over a quarter century around people and pets with no known harmful effects. Used as directed, it is considered low in toxicity to mammals.

Will the insecticide build up on my windows, walls or outdoor furniture?

The active ingredients are biodegradable and are harmless to the environment but some surfaces are affected by a residue of inert ingredients. We always attempt to locate nozzles carefully to avoid any problems.

Will common "over the counter" insecticides work in this system?

Use of any insecticide not specifically labeled for this equipment can be harmful. Other insecticides may contain petroleum distillates or oils that can clog your system. Your two-year warranty will be voided if you use unapproved products in your system.
